This is a re-port of "Fredrik Wikstrom's" OS4 port of msxplugplay, by me. Additional stuff has been added to make it more suitable for future use with playOGG. Usage: To play via AHI:- msxplugplay ALERT.KSS To save RAW data:- msxplugplay -o ram:test.raw ALERT.KSS Press Ctrl-C when you feel that you have enough RAW data. For more options type:- msxplugplay -h See "http://homepage3.nifty.com/StudioBreeze/software/msxplugplay-e.html" and "http://home.hccnet.nl/c.v.walta/index.html" for related interest. Known issues:- In theory the "-l 1" paramater option should make the program play the file only once, but instead it has no effect and the file is infinately looped, until Ctrl-C is pressed. Any help on improving the usability of this program would be appreciated. Such as:- a. Fixing the infinate loop bug. b. Adding an info option to obtain the projected file size and/or duration, for improved future use with playOGG. Building tips:- cd src/build make If you do a "make clean" dont forget to replace "getopt_long.o" in the "src/build" directory.
