Short: Write and draw on the WB-screen! Author: Christopher Naas (christon@powertech.no) Type: util/wb Architecture: m68k-amigaos WBGrafitti 1.0 (c) 1994 Christopher Naas, SSD. All Rights Reserved! Included in this archive: GetSig - For writing coordinates to a file WriteSig - For writing coordinates to the Workbench WBGrafitti.readme - The file you are reading now Naas.sig - My signature in WBGrafitti format :) just type WriteSig Naas.sig to see it. WBGrafitti is a package consisting of two programmes, one to read the coordinates you draw and write them to a file, the other to read the coordinates from the file and write them to the Workbench window. You can draw anything you like! The outputfiles produced are very small, my signature takes about 1.5k. The two programmes included are: *GetSig *WriteSig GetSig takes one argument, the file to output the coordinates to. To run it, type something like: 1> GetSig df0:MySignature GetSig will then open a window on your Workbench screen. In this window you can draw whatever you like. When you are done, you simply press the windows closegadget, and the coordinatefile is stored. WriteSig also takes one argument, the file to read the coordinates from :) To run it, type something like: 1> WriteSig df0:MySignature WriteSig will then read the coordinate-file, and draw directly on the Workbench window. The writing is not permanent, and will dissapear if you e.g. move an icon. What I'd really like would be for you lot to start including signature files in your sig's :) They really don't take up a lot of space. Or maybe in your .plan files. There's a nice drawing in mine, just finger me and you'll see :) I take no responsibility for anything that might happen as a result of using GetSig and/or WriteSig, directly or indirectly. So if your mother catches you with dirty drawings on your Workbench, don't blaim me. If you use WBGrafitti, please let me know!
