Good mother of pearl...use anti-aliasing!!!  This looks like it could have been a winner had not the detail been rendered so painfully jagged.  However, everything else looks spectacular.  I especially like the insinuation of the gazebo through shadows.  The details are great (hat, umbrella, swans)...despite the lack of anti-aliasing.

Overall I have to disagree with your judgement to forgo anti-aliasing and insist that it would have helped drastically.

I love it! Until now, I had thought that antialiasing was almost necessary for a nice looking image and you've proved me wrong.  However, some of the textures look a little flat (whether this is because of aliasing I'm no sure).  Still the image is breathtaking.

That's a very nice one. And the swans in the background give the image much
credibility.
The big bush or small roundy tree (some type of fir I'd say) looks a bit
synthetic, some more randomness would make this better I think.
The sky is a disappointment though.
The weeping willows are just gorgeous.
And the flower clump is just fantastic, yet that is only little in comparison
with the wisteria (I knew the plant, but not the english name for it ... a new
word for me, you'll have to excuse my french - we call it 'une glycine'). I have
no words left to describe the wisteria, so lush, so well shaded or lit whichever
way you look at it ...
Your no-antialiasing policy is probably a winner in your case, though one can
see some adverse aliasing here and there. But you certainly know better and you
probably know that the pay off is good.

Very very nice. All I can add is that if this is Australia the swans should be black!
Oh... the shadows are a bit sharp and very black... some softer lighting would improve
this somewhat. But still... excellent work.
