Douglas Adams indeed! Would like to see the finished version. Excellent textures.

=====
From tek@evilsuperbrain.com:
Very dramatic, but it really needs some textures on the lanscape.

From shay@simcoparts.com:
The colors are perfect. That erosion filter gives a great effect.

Interesting choice for the subject, but definitely a spectacular landscape of natural origin, even though it was taken from a book.

Nice concept. I wish you had included the message itself. Nah, would be a spoiler, wouldn't it?

very dramatic. good work.

From Sardook@telocity.com:
I liked the way the people in the picture put the landscape size in perspective.

From jrcsurvey@aol.com:
A nicely realized picture. I particularily like the yellowish sky together
with the rich orange of the bluffs.

=====
From chris_hormann@gmx.de:
Nice choice of colors, the characters could be larger.

=====
From clem@dhol.org:
Pretty study in orange. To carry the Adams story, the
characters need to be much more visible (and thus
identifiable).

From p_chan@shaw.ca:
The mountains in the scene look very good - and they
match well with the sky. Footprints would be a nice
addition, but of the things you mention, dust is probably
the most important thing to add in the scene. The image
as it is gives the idea that it should be dusty, but the
dust is missing. One possible way of implementing the
dust might be ground fog.

Lovely HF, James. As you say, more work needed but not much methinks. KIS
