IMAGE DESCRIPTION:

Meet Merilinch. He makes money the old fashioned way. He turns lead
into gold. But that's all private and secret of course, otherwise
he'd never get a chance to spend it.

Publicly he's an investment counselor (and sorcerer, alchemist, barber,
dentist, doctor, surgeon, crop specialist, tax attorney, insurance
sales and family planning.) 17th cousin to Merlin, 32 times removed.

He's widely regarded as the kingdom's leading expert on investing.
Keeps lots of records, can read the old scrolls, and even has a lot
of those new-fangled books. Waves his arms, stares into his crystal,
mutters to the cat for a while then picks three stocks. Pulls
your teeth while you wait.

And the results?
Well, you take your chances...

Thank goodness nowadays we have the stock market, computers, actuarials,
healthcare systems and the pill.

And the results?
Well, you take your chances... But you get to keep your teeth.

DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED:

Merilinch is Poser head and hands converted to .mdl in Wings3d and
imported into Hamapatch where I made the hood, arms and body.

Skull started as the Poser skull, but the final is heavily tweaked with
dental work added in Wings3d.

Cat is pure Poser.

Books, quill & inkpot, candles, paper and hourglass modeled in
Hamapatch. Glassjars done in Wings3d, everything else modeled in Bryce.

Textures are mostly procedural, all made by me.
