Very realistic, and I was surprised to learn from the description that the modelling is all CSG. It's not very obvious that the toilet paper is exhausted, but the lighting is beautiful.

Well, at first view I didn't see what's not in the picture, but as I read your description, I recognized it :) The toilet is well-modeled, only the join between the wall and the floor tiles is too abrupt.
