The minutes of the February 25 Teleconference were approved. Steve to place in public archives. 2. The IESG approved publication of Transmission of IPv6 Packets over Frame Relay Networks Specification as a Proposed Standard. Steve to send announcement. 3. The IESG approved publication of Binary Labels in the Domain Name System as a Proposed Standard. However, Steve can not send announcement as this document depends on draft-ietf-dnsind-edns0. 4. The IESG tentatively approved publication of the following Internet- Drafts as Proposed Standards: Assured Forwarding PHB Group An Expedited Forwarding PHB Brian to draft a note to the RFC Editor and send it to the IESG. Upon approval, Steve to send announcement. 5. The IESG approved publication of Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (v3): Extensions for Dynamic Directory Services as a Proposed Standard. Steve to send announcement. 6. The IESG concensus was to return Access Control Requirements for LDAP to the working group for revisions. Steve to remove from tracking system. When the final document is ready, the ADs will send note to Steve to add this to the IESG agenda as an INFORMATIONAL document (originally submitted for consideration as a Proposed Stanard). 7. The IESG approved publication of Use of Language Codes in LDAP as a Proposed Standard. Steve to send announcement. 8. The IESG approved publication of Directory Server Monitoring MIB as a Proposed Standard. Steve to send announcement. 9. The IESG approved reclassifying Telnet X.3 PAD as an Historic Document. Steve to send announcement. 10. The IESG approved publication of the following Internet-Drafts as Proposed Standards: o ILMI-Based Server Discovery for ATMARP o ILMI-Based Server Discovery for MARS o ILMI-Based Server Discovery for NHRP Steve to send announcement. 11. The IESG had no problem with the publication of The CAST-256 Encryption Algorithm as an Informational RFC. 12. Keith will send comments to the author of Wireless Device Configuration (OTASP/OTAPA) ACAP . Steve to request RFC Editor not to publish at this time as a revised document is expected. 13. Rob will contact the authors of the Cabletron documents to suggest a re-packaging of sections, perhaps adding a 4th document. Steve to convey to RFC Editor. 14. The IESG agreed with Keith's review of A Protocol For Identifying The Bulk Mail Receipt Preferences of an Electronic Mail Address as well as the recommendation that this document not be published. Steve to notify RFC Editor. 15. After Scott told Steve to accept a yes when he got it, the IESG agreed that all requests for second sessions in Oslo MUST (see RFC2119) include a rough agenda/plan to justify the need for a second session. Additionally, all such requests need to be approved by the appropriate AD.
